1967 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe

This is my site which shows my restoration of a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro.
I'm planning to do an entire build-up of this car and hopefully it will be finished some time in the near future....

The car was bought back in May 2003 and driven one season before ending up in the garage for a minor fix, but you know....

The first driving season wasn't so impressive due to an oil leak from the engine, an anti-freeze leak from the heater box, some electrical gremlins, slippage in transmission and so on.
The car wasn't in such a good condition in other words as it appeared to be when I bought it.
I might as well bought a more "project" oriented car which would have been cheaper.
The costs and amount of work will be the same to get this puppy going right...

I will try to document the build-up process as good as possible by pictures and text. Check out the links!

This couldn't be done without the great help that I received from my uncle Arne and my friends Øystein Solberg and Harald Gustav Kleven. I will also mention others that have helped me under each section.

A very good source for knowledge and inspiration is a guy called Tommy "T-Charger" Pettersen who is restoring a 1968 Camaro.
He also writes about this build-up for a Norwegian car magazine called Amcar Magazine.
His own website also includes some information of the process.

An another good source in the process are the forums found at www.camaros.net/forums
I've picked up a lot of knowledge and hintful tips here. They also answer any question fast.
